  • Devised/delivered Don’t Put Up With It campaign against retail crime
  • Developed the full communications programme for the campaign; branding, website, photography, social media and PR
  • Generated extensive national, local and trade media coverage – heightening awareness of the new Protection of Workers Act
  • Supported political relations work, including an endorsement from First Minister Nicola Sturgeon MSP, collaboration with the Scottish Government, local media work by cross-party MSPs at their local convenience stores
  • Number of crimes reported during the first few months of the Act demonstrate high awareness of its new powers
